Eintragung ins Handelsregister ist erfolgt
Heute traf mich der Gedankenblitz. Ich wollte mal sehen, ob wir schon im Handelsregister stehen. Das Handelsregister findet man unter www.handelsregister.de. Tatsächlich, wir sind eingetragen. Also hat das Amtsgericht am Namen nichts auszusetzen gehabt. Das ist mal eine tolle Nachricht und man ist wieder ein Stückchen näher an der eigenen Unternehmergesellschaft. Es ist etwas traurig, dass man vom Amtsgericht noch kein Schreiben erhalten hat, dass die Eintragung erfolgt ist. Vielleicht kommt dieses Schreiben noch. Mal abwarten und Tee trinken. Auf jeden Fall hat man schon die Nummer, unter der man eingetragen wurde. Diese kann man nun schon in die Briefköpfe und das Impressum der Firmen-Website übernehmen.
